The HC | Hughes Center Breaks Ground for New Retail Building

Las Vegas – The building will open in summer 2015.

The HC | Hughes Center has broken ground on a new 12,000-square-foot retail building in Las Vegas that will be home to casual dining restaurants. The project, developed by Equity Office Partners, is 100 percent preleased to five tenants: Panera Bread, The Habit Burger, Pieology, Jamba Juice and Chipotle. The new retail building will open in summer 2015. The previous building, a vacant Japanese restaurant, has been demolished and construction is underway.
