Scranton, Pa. — The Shopping Center Group (TCSG) has arranged the sale of Mall at Steamtown, a 558,816-square-foot enclosed regional mall located in Scranton.
The property was developed in the early 1990s as part of the revitalization of downtown Scranton, and is currently 60 percent occupied. The mall is anchored by Boscov’s Department Store, with a tenant roster including Bath & Body Works, Foot Locker, Victoria’s Secret, Abercrombie & Fitch, Gymboree and Starbucks Coffee. TCSG represented the seller, Steamtown 300 LLC, in the transaction.
