Livingston, N.J. — Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) has arranged the sale of Livingston Shopping Center, a 140,000-square-foot power center located in Livingston.
The center was 97 percent leased at the time of sale to a tenant roster including Nordstrom Rack, T.J. Maxx, Buy Buy Baby, DSW Shoe Warehouse, Cost Plus World Market and Ulta Beauty. Jose Cruz, Kevin O’Hearn and Michael Oliver of HFF worked on behalf of the seller, a partnership between KABR Group and G&S Investors, in the transaction. Kite Realty Group Trust purchased the property, which was fully repositioned in 2014.
