Denver — New hires to work with national expansion of several retailers.
The Zall Company’s new senior VP, Lisa Streidl.Denver — The Zall Company has added Tara Crosby as broker associate in its Denver office. In addition, the firm has named Lisa Streidl senior vice president based in the company’s new Dallas office. With the hiring of Streidl, The Denver-based firm expands its commercial real estate business, which represents shopping center landlords and retail tenants, into Texas.
Streidl brings nearly two decades of retail experience to the new market, where she will work with the national expansion of clients including Le Creuset, Kendra Scott and U.K.-based Aftershock.
The Zall Company recently brokered the deal that brought H&M to Denver. The company’s current assignments include projects in the Cherry Creek area of Denver; the Brentwood area of Los Angeles, and China. In addition to Dallas and Denver, the company has an office in Boca Raton, Fla.
