Falls Church, Va. — Three new retailers are set to open at Birch & Broad, a 144,000-square-foot shopping center currently undergoing renovations in Falls Church. New retailers set to open in 2022 include Crumbl Cookies, Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen and Aqua-Tots Swim Schools. Crumbl Cookies plans to open in March 2022 and will occupy a 1,597-square-foot space between Jersey Mike’s Subs and Domino’s Pizza. Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen is set to open within a 2,972-square-foot space near Plaka Grill and Pacific Dental Services LLC. Aqua-Tots Swim Schools will occupy a 7,287-square-foot space next to Staples, offering swim lessons to kids of all ages and skill levels. Located at 1200 W. Broad St., Birch & Broad was previously known as Falls Plaza. The center is currently under renovation with upgrades including façade renovation, new signage, enhanced landscaping, decorative lighting and the addition of multiple outdoor amenity areas. In addition to the larger renovation which is slated for completion by the end of this year, the long-standing anchor of the shopping center, Giant Food, recently completed an interior remodel.
