Time Equities Buys Bay Area Shopping Center for $12.3 Million

Antioch, Calif. – The center was 74 percent occupied at time of purchase.

Antioch, Calif.  – New York real estate firm Time Equities, Inc., has purchased its first Bay Area shopping center, Somersville Towne Center, the San Francisco Business Times reported. The 283,289-square-foot development, anchored by Macy’s, sold for $12.3 million, and was sold by Denver-based Macerich. Other tenants include Starbucks, Forever 21, Foot Locker and Zales.
