Togo’s to Develop Five New Restaurants in California

San Jose, Calif. — The first restaurant developed by franchisee Tom Menik is anticipated to open at the end of the year.

Togo’s Eateries Inc. has signed two multi-unit franchise agreements with new franchisees to develop two restaurants in the East Bay area and three in the San Fernando Valley. As part of this development, Mary Zinchiak will open two locations in Walnut Creek and Lafayette, California, over the next two to three years, with the first slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2015. Additionally, Tom Menik will develop three restaurants in the San Fernando Valley and is targeting cities such as Glendale, Northridge, Chatsworth, Encino Tarzana and Sherman Oaks for development. The first restaurant is anticipated to open at the end of the year.
