Richardson, Texas — KDC’s CityLine is the first Texas lease for Tom+Chee.
KDC has added Edoko Sushi & Robata and Tom+Chee to CityLine, the company’s 186-acre mixed-use project in Richardson. Edodo’s restaurant’s menu combines traditional Japanese sushi methods, French-taught culinary techniques and western influences. CityLine will be the second location for Edoko, a Texas-based sushi and robata restaurant. The 4,223-square-foot location will feature nearly 1,000 square feet of patio seating, and will open in the spring of 2016. Tom+Chee, famous for its Grilled Cheese Donut, will open at KDC in May 2015. KDC’s CityLine location is the first Texas lease for Tom+Chee. Founded by Corey Ward and Trew Quackenbush, who also serves as Executive Chef, Tom+Chee was created to be the quintessential grilled cheese and tomato soup shop for the kid at heart. The 2,400-square-foot location of Tom+Chee will be located in CityLine across from Aloft Hotel.
