Unison, Blue Vista Acquire Shopping Center in Rhode Island for $15.9 Million

Kingstown, R.I. — Unison Realty Partners, in a joint venture with Blue Vista Capital Management, has acquired Hunt River Commons, a 147,270-square-foot shopping center in Kingstown, for $15.9 million.

Stop & Shop and Marshalls anchor the center, which was 84 percent leased at the time of sale. Additional tenants include Planet Fitness, GNC and Citizen’s Bank. Nat Heald of JLL arranged the transaction. The name of the seller was not disclosed.  Union and Blue Vista have retained The Wilder Cos. to manage the property and oversee the center’s leasing assignment.
