Scarsdale, N.Y. — Upscale neighborhood center adds two iconic tenants.
Scarsdale, N.Y. — Urstadt Biddle Properties has signed leases with The Fresh Mark and Chico’s at Vernon Place Shops in Scarsdale. The Fresh Market has taken a 16,000-square-foot location at the center, while Chico’s will occupy 2,850 square feet. Other tenants at the center include EMS, Jos. A. Bank, Ann Taylor Loft and Coldwater Creek. James Aries of Urstadt Biddle represented the landlord, Carpenter & Co., in both transactions. The Fresh Market was represented by Tim McNamara of SullivanHayes and Colleen Quinn of Quinn Commercial. Chico’s was represented by Michael Friedman of In-Line Realty. The Fresh Market location, which is the retailer’s second in New York, opened in January.
