Dallas — Dallas-based Venture Commercial Real Estate has secured five leases totaling 90,000 square feet for Northern Tool + Equipment.
Clay Mote of Venture Commercial represented Northern Tool in all five transactions. The retailer leased an 18,000-square-foot space at Katy Ranch Crossing, a shopping center in Katy. Jason Baker of Baker Katz LLC represented Northern Tool in the lease transaction. Lily Golden of Evergreen Commercial Realty represented the landlord, EHAJ Ltd. The store opened at the center in November. In Virginia, Northern Tool signed a build-to-suit lease for an 18,000-square-foot location in Glen Allen. The store is under construction and expected to open in April. Nathan Shor of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. represented Northern Tool in the lease negotiation, and the developer, Hutton Team LLC, was represented internally. In Little Rock, Arkansas, the retailer acquired 2.9 acres to build an 18,000-square-foot store. Charlotte Cooper of Venture Commercial represented Northern Tool, while Mark Bingman of Rector Phillips Morse Inc., represented the seller, a group of private investors. Northern Tool acquired 2.7 acres in both Mobile, Alabama, and Fort Myers, Florida to build 18,000-square-foot locations. In the Mobile transaction, Tim Herrington of Herrington Realty represented the seller, 3400 Government LLP. William Rollins of Land Solutions Inc. represented the seller in the Florida deal, SLF IV – FL Bonita Alico LLC.
