Spring Valley, Calif. — Retail brokerage firm Wilson Commercial Real Estate has completed its 55th lease for Dollar Tree Stores, following the signing of a 9,691-square-foot lease at Spring Valley Shopping Center in Spring Valley, Calif., along with brokerage partner CB Richard Ellis.
Wilson Commercial was retained in 2009 by Dollar Tree to locate and secure retail locations in southern California, from Santa Barbara to the Mexico border.
In the process of securing the leases, Wilson Commercial formed partnerships with seveal brokerage teams, including Studley Retail Services (Inland Empire), Strategic Retail Advisors (Orange County and San Gabriel Valley) and Retail InSite (San Diego County).
