Smyrna, Tenn. — An affiliate of Yale Realty Services Corp. has purchased The Marketplace at Smyrna, a 161,000-square-foot shopping center located 21 miles southeast of Nashville in Smyrna, for $27.4 million.
Tenants include Ross Dress for Less, Ulta Beauty, PetSmart, Dollar Tree, Burger King and Staples. The center is also shadow-anchored by Super Target and Kohl’s. Adam Howells of JLL represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
