Orange Village, Ohio – RDL Architects has been selected by Lewanski Development LLC and Fairmount Properties to master-plan and design the Pinecrest mixed-used development in Orange Village, 20 miles east of Cleveland. RDL and the Pinecrest development plan to incorporate healthy living principles to the design, as well as bring first-to-market tenants to the Cleveland market. Pinecrest will also create a downtown space for Orange Village, and provide the greater Chagrin Highlands area with new opportunities for shopping, dining and work.
