Libertyville, Ill. and Tampa, Fla. – Loja Real Estate has acquired two recently developed single-tenant Trader Joe’s groceries for approximately $15.6 million. These purchases represent the sixth and seventh Trader Joe’s in Loja’s portfolio.
The Libertyville, Ill., Trader Joe’s opened February 21, and is the first Trader Joe’s location in the Chicago suburb. The store is on 1.83 acres of land and is 12,529 square feet. The Tampa, Fla., store is 12,318 square feet and is on 0.99 acres of land. It opened March 21. The transactions were completed separately.
