Grove City, Ohio – The Gilbert Group Inc. has signed deals that will bring three new tenants to the Parkway Centre North shopping center, located 10 miles southwest of Columbus, Ohio. Michael Nolan represented the owner, Inland American Real Estate Trust, in the transactions. ATI Physical Therapy will provide manual therapy, occupational therapy, strength training, sports-specific training and more. This will be its fourth location in the Columbus area, and sixth in Ohio. Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt will open its fourth location in Columbus and 26th in Ohio at Parkway Centre North. The third retailer, GNC, will open its 27th location in the Columbus area. GNC is a retailer of health and wellness products, including vitamins, minerals and herbal supplements.
