Los Angeles – CBRE Capital Markets has arranged a $75 million structured financing for Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza Mall, an 860,000-square-foot shopping center in Los Angeles. CBRE represented the owner, Capri Urban Investors LLC, a fund managed by Capri Capital Partners LLC. The transaction was led by the vice president of CBRE’s Chicago Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance team, Molly Green, and Keith Huizinga and Peter Marino, senior vice presidents.
