Scott BenjaminOrlando, Fla. – Scott Benjamin has joined Crossman & Co. as its director of leasing. Benjamin previously served as vice president of leasing and general manager of Paragon Outlet Partners LLC/Prime Retail LP. He will have oversight of the strategic direction, expansion and operation of all aspects of leasing at the company. Crossman & Co. currently leases and manages a portfolio of 22 million square feet. He recently was highlighted by the Orlando Sentinel for his development work in Central Florida. His achievements include completing over $650 million in leasing transactions and securing over 400,000 square feet of anchor space with national retailers and entertainment venues for a development opening in Orlando in 2014.
