One New York Plaza is undergoing a $14 million redevelopment to its retail concourse that will include seven retail spaces for which Brookfield Property Partners has arranged the leases.New York – Brookfield Property Partners has executed seven retail leases for its 40,000-square foot retail area at One New York Plaza, a 2.6 million-square-foot office building located on the southeastern tip of Manhattan. The property is undergoing a $14 million redevelopment to its retail concourse, located in the two lower levels of One New York Plaza. The project will include tenants Chop’t, Chipotle, Starbucks, Retro Fitness, Cobbler Express, Optometric Arts and Gateway Express. The redevelopment will be completed by the beginning of 2015.
