Trademark Property Hires Kara Rafferty as Leasing Director

Kara RaffertyFort Worth, Texas – Trademark Property Co. has hired Kara Rafferty as director of leasing. An 18-year industry veteran, Rafferty will focus on Trademark’s leasing efforts throughout Texas. As director of leasing, Rafferty will be responsible for merchandising and re-merchandising properties within Trademark’s portfolio of lifestyle centers and mall properties, as well as new development and re-development. Prior to joining Trademark, Rafferty served as vice president of leasing with JLL.
