Lynwood, Calif. — Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors has negotiated the $15 million sale of Atlantic Crossing, a 39,146-square-foot retail center located in Lynwood, roughly 12 miles south of downtown Los Angeles. Built in 2003, Atlantic Crossing was fully leased at the time of sale to tenants including Walgreens, Starbucks, Panda Express, Subway, PNC Bank, AltaMed Health Services, Diamond Dental, Fiesta Auto Insurance, Tutti Frutti and La Carniceria Meat Market.
Ayda Kach of Hanley represented the all-cash buyer, a privately held retail real estate investment firm and developer based in Los Angeles. Glenn Rudy, Rob Ippolito and Pete Bethea of Newmark Retail Capital Markets represented the seller, The Bilak Cos.
