Built in 2018, 84South Small Shops includes tenants such as Men’s Hair House, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, MOD Pizza, FedEx Office and Cafe Zupas. Dan Rosenfeld of Mid-America Real Estate represented the undisclosed seller.
