Millville, N.J. — New tenants have signed leases totaling 46,000 square feet at Union Lake Crossing, a 393,000-square-foot retail center located in Millville in southern New Jersey. Irgang Group owns and operates the property, which is anchored by ShopRite.
Old Navy will open a 15,000-square-foot store at the property, joining Fun City in occupying a space that formerly housed Dick’s Sporting Goods. Michael Friedman of Inline Realty represented Old Navy in the lease negotiations. Food-and-beverage concepts Five Guys, Poke Bros. and Crumbl have also signed leases at the center, with Five Guys currently open and Poke Bros. and Crumbl scheduled to open this summer. Ron Deluca of R.J. Brunelli represented Crumbl in lease negotiations, and Niklas Marley of Metro Commercial represented Poke Bros. Additionally, Skechers, Inspira Health and Rally House will occupy 7,500; 9,127; and 7,500 square feet, respectively. George Wisnoski of Equity Retail Brokers represented Skechers in lease negotiations. Craig Levitan of Rendina Healthcare Real Estate represented Inspira Health, and Jonathan Spoerl and Michael Gorman of Metro Commercial represented Rally House.
Mario Brunelli and Chelsea Reizner of R.J. Brunelli & Co. represented Irgang Group in all the lease negotiations.
