Johns Creek, Ga. — Toro Development Company (TDC) has broken ground on Medley, a $560 million mixed-use project in Johns Creek, approximately 27 miles north of Atlanta.
Upon completion, the 43-acre development will feature 180,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, 900 residences — with a mix of townhomes and multifamily units — and 110,000 square feet of office space. The property will also feature a 25,000-square-foot plaza and 175-key hotel. The grand opening is scheduled for Oct. 29, 2026.
Retailers at Medley will include Fadó Irish Pub, Little Rey, CRÚ Food & Wine Bar, 26 Thai Kitchen and Bar, Five Daughters Bakery, Summit Coffee, Lily Sushi Bar, Knuckies Hoagies, Cookie Fix, Sugarcoat Beauty, BODY20 and AYA Medical Spa.
TDC secured financing for the development in November 2024, including an equity investment from Ascentris and a $158 million construction loan from Banco Inbursa for the first phase.
