San Antonio — JLL has arranged the sale of Marketplace at Encino Park, an 85,129-square-foot shopping center located in San Antonio. Sprouts Farmers Market anchors the property, which was fully leased at the time of sale. Additional tenants include Pet Supplies Plus, Burger King and F45 Training. Built in 2019, the center is situated on roughly 13 acres.
Barry Brown, Erin Lazarus, Shea Petrick and Whitney Snell of JLL’s Investment Sales and Advisory team represented the seller, locally based Birnbaum Property Co., in the transaction. The buyer was InvenTrust Properties.
