Salisbury, N.C. — First National Realty Partners (FNRP) has purchased Salisbury Marketplace, a grocery-anchored shopping center located in Salisbury, about 35 miles outside Charlotte. A 31,762-square-foot Food Lion anchors the property, which also houses Citi Trends, Family Dollar and Cricket Wireless.
The property offers 9,300 square feet of contiguous vacancy, according to FNRP. Tom Kolarczyk of JLL represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The sales price was also not disclosed.
