Braselton, Ga. — SRS Real Estate Partners has negotiated the $5.7 million sale of a single-tenant retail property located in Braselton. Kiddie Academy, a national franchise company that provides educational child care for infants, toddlers and school-aged children, occupies the 10,000-square-foot space on a 20-year absolute triple-net lease.
Britt Raymond, Kyle Fant and Sabrina Sapienza of SRS Capital Markets represented the seller, a Southeast-based developer, as well as the buyer, a Northeast-based private investor, in the transaction.
