Long Beach, Calif. — Westar Associates has signed leases with four new restaurant tenants at Bixby Village Plaza, a 76,883-square-foot retail center located in Long Beach. California Fish Grill, The Melt, Luna Grill and Urbane Café are expected to begin opening later this summer. The newest tenants will be situated in a newly constructed retail building, which formerly housed CVS Pharmacy.
Current tenants at Bixby Village Plaza include East Coast Bagel, Finest Nails & Spa, Sapporo Sushi, Target and J’s Cleaners, among others.
