San Antonio — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of Rigsby Avenue Shopping Center, a 64,200-square-foot retail center located in San Antonio. Philip Levy of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and procured the buyer, both private investors.
Constructed in 2002 on roughly 6.1 acres, Rigsby Avenue Shopping Center was fully leased at the time of sale to tenants including Alamo City Urgent Care, Brident Dental & Orthodontics, Baptist Health Systems, Avis Budget Car Rental and Cato.
