Irving, Texas — Marcus & Millichap has negotiated the sale of Market Square, a 48,822-square-foot multi-tenant retail center located in Irving, approximately 10 miles northwest of Dallas. Phillip Levy of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both private investors. Built in 1984, Market Square was fully leased at the time of sale to a mix of service-oriented tenants including Sarigama Supermarket, Amaravati Indian Restaurant, Bajeko Sekuwa Himalayan Grill, Cajun Crab, Pizza Hut, Subway, Smoothie King, NS Hair Salon & Spa, Vivek Flowers and a dentist office.
