Gambrills, Md. — Urban Edge Properties has signed leases with four new tenants at The Village at Waugh Chapel, a 382,000-square-foot shopping center located in the Central Maryland city of Gambrills, roughly 11 miles west of Annapolis. Totaling more than 23,000 square feet, the new tenants include J.Crew Factory (5,115 square feet), Miniso (8,581 square feet), Quickway Hibachi (2,307 square feet) and Wonder (7,788 square feet).
Other tenants at The Village at Waugh Chapel, which is anchored by Safeway, include HomeGoods, T.J. Maxx, LA Fitness, Marshalls, Chick-fil-A and Newk’s Eatery.
Tenants were represented by agents from KLNB, Newmark, Colliers and CBRE. In addition, Michael Ginsburg of KLNB represented Urban Edge Properties in the lease negotiations.
