Goodyear, Ariz. — Red Development and Global Corp. have signed six new tenants at Goodyear Civic Square (GSQ), a 150-acre mixed-use development located in Goodyear, roughly 17 miles west of downtown Phoenix. The newest leases include Sephora (5,000 square feet), J.Crew Factory Outlet (5,0000 square feet), Lovesac (1,8000 square feet), Postino (4,500 square feet), Miel de Agave (3,989 square feet) and V’s Barber Shop (1,215 square feet). V’s Barber Shop is set to open next month, while all other tenants are expected to open in 2027. Three new restaurants are also set to open before the end of the year, including Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Magdalena and Flower Child.
Additional tenants that will open at GSQ in 2027 include Spinato’s Pizzeria (4,095 square feet), Qdoba (2,255 square feet), Berry Divine Acai Bowls (1,273 square feet) and Petfolk Veterinary & Urgent Care (2,279 square feet).
