Simon Launches Multi-Million-Dollar Renovation of The Outlets at Orange in Metro Los Angeles

by Abby Cox

Orange, Calif. — Simon has launched a multi-million-dollar renovation of The Outlets at Orange, an 898,000-square-foot open-air shopping center located in Orange, approximately 30 miles northwest of Los Angeles. The revitalization is scheduled to begin this fall, with the majority of the project expected to be completed by 2027. The center will remain open throughout the renovation process.

The project aims to bring a fresh, modern look to the shopping center, which will include updated flooring, new seating areas, enhanced landscaping, refreshed signage, added shade structures and updated lighting, as well as newly designed common areas and entrances, a fully repainted exterior and a new green space. New retail offerings at the property will include Coach and Michael Kors stores.

The Outlets at Orange features more than 120 stores and over 25 restaurants, along with Dave & Buster’s, a Lucky Strike entertainment and bowling venue and an AMC 30 movie theater.
