Wall Township, N.J. — The company re-built the neighborhood center’s structure in three stages.
Wall Township, N.J. — River Drive Construction Company has completed the redevelopment of Sea Girt Square retail center, a 44,000-square-foot retail center in Wall Township, on behalf of Livingston, N.J.-based Gottesman Real Estate Partners. The company raised the ceiling heights, replaced all store fronts with floor-to-ceiling glass and installed new mechanical systems. The project was completed in three stages to allow tenants to remain in place. River Drive was the construction manager for the project. Gottesman purchased the community center in 2010.
