Marshalls and Ashley HomeStore to Open at Butler North in Gainesville

Gainesville, Fla. — Marshalls and Ashley HomeStore are set to open this fall at Butler North, a 750,000-square-foot retail center located in Gainesville.

Butler Enterprises has signed a 22,000-square-foot lease with Marshalls, and a 35,000-square-foot lease with Ashley HomeStore. Both locations will be firsts for the greater Gainesville market.
