Douglassville, Pa. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $7.1 million sale of a grocery store located within Douglassville Shopping Center in the Eastern Pennsylvania city of Douglassville, roughly 40 miles northwest of Philadelphia. Redner’s Fresh Market occupies the 48,000-square-foot building, which was built in 1976 and renovated in 2025. Redner’s Markets is a privately held, employee-owned grocery company with 64 locations across the Mid-Atlantic.
Colin Reder, Derrick Dougherty and Scott Woodard of Marcus & Millichap listed the property on behalf of the seller, a regional limited partnership, and procured the buyer, a Philadelphia-based company.
