New York — Two former Eastern Consolidated principals have launched a commercial division at Compass in the firm’s New York metropolitan region.
Adelaide Polsinelli and Ronda Rogovin will help the residential brokerage firm build an investment sales team, following Eastern’s closure in July.
“We’re very excited to be on the ground floor of Compass Commercial in the New York metro area,” said Polsinelli. “As the most innovative brokerage firm in the country, Compass has developed cutting-edge technology and a pioneering marketing platform that is radically changing the real estate industry. I’m thrilled that our clients will benefit from these state-of-the-art enhancements.”
Compass Commercial will focus on providing technology, marketing, support and community to help agents grow their business in the commercial real estate sector. The team also includes agents Mitchell Goldstick and Trystan Polsinelli.
A 30-year real estate veteran, Adelaide Polsinelli has sold more than 1,400 properties valued at more than $20 billion across asset classes including multifamily, retail, office, development, partnership interests, unsold shares and retail condos.
With approximately 40 years’ experience with New York City and tri-state commercial real estate, Rogovin has sold more than 1,000 properties, including residential, office and loft buildings, retail shopping centers and condominiums, development sites and packages of unsold condo and co-op units.
In addition to New York, Compass has a presence in the greater Boston area, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Dallas, Miami, Orange County, The Hamptons, Santa Barbara, Montecito and Aspen.
