Austell, Ga. — AFJ Properties LLC has sold Mayberry Square, a 9,000-square-foot retail center in Austell, Georgia, for $3 million.
Mayberry Square was 100 percent leased at the time of the sale to tenants including Verizon Wireless, UPS Store, American Deli and Restoration Physical Therapy. Bryan Belk and John Tennant of Franklin Street represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was a California-based private investor.
