Milford, Mass. — Atlantic Capital Partners has negotiated the $10 million sale of Quarry Square, a 56,004-square-foot neighborhood center located in Milford, roughly 30 miles southwest of Boston. The property was fully leased at the time of sale to 17 tenants including The Gym @ Milford, TD Bank, The UPS Store, Sports Clips and Miracle-Ear. Justin Smith, Chris Peterson, Danielle Turpin and Matt Ericson of Atlantic Capital Partners represented the seller, RJ Kelly Co., in the transaction. NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs represented the buyer, KBG Realty Properties LLC.
