Henderson, Nev. — Dreamwork Management has acquired Crossroads at Sunset, a 13.9-acre multi-tenant retail center at the corner of Sunset Road and Stephanie Street in Henderson, about 15 miles from Las Vegas. SS Capital sold the property for $28.7 million. Chris Clifford, Steve Neiger and Brett Rather of Colliers represented the seller in the transaction.

Austin, Texas — Swanson Development Co. has sold a 13,833-square-foot, single-tenant retail property triple-net-leased to Walgreens in Austin. Alex Sharrin, Alex Geanakos and John Indelli of JLL represented the seller in the disposition of the property to Sikka Investments. Walgreens recently signed a new 15-year lease at the property, which is located on 1.86 acres at 6200 W. William Cannon Drive.
Meridian, Idaho — PSRS has secured a $4.6 million refinancing for Gramercy and Mason Creek Retail, two retail properties in Meridian, about 10 miles from Boise. Kostas Kavayiotidis and Jacob Lee of PSRS arranged the 65 percent loan-to-value, non-recourse loan on behalf of an undisclosed borrower. The financing features a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. The properties consist of four retail buildings featuring 14 units across 27,022 square feet of space. Leesburg, Va. — Four retailers are joining the tenant lineup at Village at Leesburg, a mixed-use property with over 60 boutiques, restaurants and entertainment experiences in Leesburg. Rappaport owns, manages and leases the center. Tenants joining the lineup include Sienna Sky Boutique, a women’s clothing store; Mochinut, a mochi donut store; My Wellness Physicians, a weight loss and weight management provider; and Playful Pack, a doggy daycare and boarding provider. Dallas and Coppell, Texas — Dave & Buster’s Entertainment Inc. (NASDAQ: PLAY) has agreed to acquire family entertainment concept Main Event for $835 million in an all-cash transaction. The seller is a joint venture between Ardent Leisure Group Limited and Red Bird Capital Partners, and the deal is expected to close later this year. Chris Morris, current CEO of Main Event, will act as CEO of the combined entity upon closing. The property recently underwent a major roof renovation and is home to tenants including Ross Dress for Less, TJ Maxx, Dollar Tree and Best Buy. Grant Mechlin of Sansone and Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate Corp. secured the buyer, Wild Moose Ventures, in the transaction.

Garrett Fierstein of Marcus & Millichap secured the 10-year, fixed-rate loan, which features a 70 percent loan-to-value ratio and an interest rate of 3.95 percent. The 19-tenant property sits on 5.1 acres of land and is occupied by an array of tenants including medical, real estate and professional services uses, as well as two restaurants.

Chicago — McHugh Construction has broken ground on FanDuel Sportsbook, a new 13,000-square-foot sports betting venue being developed by online gaming company FanDuel Group at the United Center in Chicago. The United Center is the home of the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks. Completion is slated for August. The two-story lounge is being constructed in areas that formerly housed offices for the United Center and Blackhawks staff as well as two lower-level suites.
