Myrtle Beach, S.C. and New Bern, N.C. — Crosland East has plans to develop two Publix-anchored centers, Village Shops at Grand Dunes and River Place Shopping Center, in Myrtle Beach and New Bern at a cost of $38 million.
Roswell, Ga. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Crossville Village, a 74,790-square-foot shopping center located in the north Atlanta suburb of Roswell, for $10.35 million.
Lemont, Ill. — Lemont-based Englewood Construction has completed seven retail projects throughout the country.
Atlanta — Earth Fare, a specialty organic and natural foods grocery store, will open a 24,782-square-foot space at Emory Point, a mixed-use development located in the Druid Hills neighborhood of Atlanta on July 8.
El Paso, Texas — Johnny Rockets has arranged a development agreement with Cruzar Group LLC to open Johnny Rockets restaurants in El Paso, including the brand’s new Route 66 expression.
Manassas, Va. — Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. (HFF) has arranged a $33.75 million refinancing for Davis Ford Crossing, a 152,391-square-foot shopping center in Manassas.
