Los Angeles – Built in the late 1940s, Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza is considered the longest standing and operating regional shopping center in the United States.
Huntington Beach, Calif. – Pacific City’s architecture features a two-story open design providing nearly all of the tenants with ocean views.
Lawrence, Kan. – Tenants for the project have not yet been announced.
Boston – Three of the four properties in the portfolio are anchored by Shaw’s supermarkets.
Kansas City, Mo. – Previous owner Copaken Brooks retains a 10 percent interest and will lease and manage the center.
Miami – Publix anchors three of the retail centers in the portfolio and Winn-Dixie anchors two.
Dublin, Calif. – These locations include the chain’s first location in New Jersey and increase the total number of stores in Texas to 28.
Bristol, Tenn. – The 235-acre Pinnacle will be anchored by a Bass Pro Shops.
