Fontana, Calif. – Built in 2009 and 2012, the Shops at Sierra Lakes is situated on 3.95 acres and is part of Sierra Lakes Marketplace, which consists of more than 880,000 square feet of retail.
Atlanta – The project, located on 4.5 acres, will consist of 285 apartment units and 16,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
Montclair, Calif. – The center is comprised of 27 tenants and situated on 9.67 acres.
Cincinnati – The acquisition added approximately 736,000 square feet to their portfolio.
Irvine, Calif. – To facilitate the transition, Morse will work closely with outgoing CFO Bruce Felt, who leaves in June.
Levittown, Pa. – The 40,045-square-foot building will be redeveloped into a new shopping center anchored by Retro Fitness and Dollar Tree.
Middletown, N.Y. – New York-based private investment group NorthEnd Equities purchased the property.
Lahaina, Hawaii – Watts and partners will also expand the existing outlet center by an additional 50,000 square feet by the end of 2015.
