Chicago — Baum Realty Group LLC has arranged the $14.67 million sale of The Armitage Collection, a 32,604-square-foot retail portfolio located on Armitage Avenue in Chicago.
The fully leased portfolio features five tenants in four, two-story buildings. Greg Dietz and Danny Spitz of Baum Realty Group represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
