Napa, Calif. — Chico’s and Pier 1 Imports have signed leases at Bel Aire Plaza.
Napa Calif. — Chico’s and Pier 1 Imports have signed leases for 3,680 square feet and 9,701 square feet, respectively, at Bel Aire Plaza in Napa. The property is being renovated and expanded by 257,851 square feet. Pier 1 Imports will occupy the former Copperfield’s Books space when it opens in the first quarter of 2013. Anchors for the center include Cost Plus World Market, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Tom Powers of SRS Real Estate Partners secured the lease with Pier 1. Robert Kashian of Retail West arranged the lease with Chico’s.
