Summerville, S.C. – Both tenants will open their locations by the end of the year.
Summerville, S.C. – Blair Belk and Trey Lucy of Belk | Lucy have represented Which Wich? Superior Sandwiches in its 1,405-square-foot lease at The Shoppes at Azalea in Summerville, located 25 miles northwest of Charleston. The building is currently under construction, but the tenant will open before the end of the year.
Belk and Lucy have also represented Famulari’s Pizza in its lease transaction at The Market at Cane Bay in Summerville. Famulari’s Pizza will occupy the 2,760-square-foot end-cap space and will start construction this summer to open before the end of the year.
