Downers Grove, Ill. — Bianco Properties has acquired Main Street Square Shopping Center, a 56,120-square-foot shopping center in Downers Grove, located 23 miles west of Chicago.
Joe Girardi of Mid-America Real Estate Corp. arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, a Denver-based private investor. The sales price was not disclosed. Main Street Square Shopping Center is home to tenants such as Outback Steakhouse, Duluth Trading Co., Zoup and America’s Best. Kohl’s shadow-anchors the property.
