Calkain Cos. Arranges $3M Sale of Chick-fil-A Property in Winchester

Winchester, Va. — Calkain Companies has arranged the sale of a Chick-fil-A property located within the Rutherford Crossing Shopping Center in Winchester for $3 million.

Andrew Fallon of Calkain represented the undisclosed seller in the sale of the property to a 1031 exchange, all-cash buyer. Tenants at Rutherford Crossing Shopping Center include Target and Lowe’s.
