Hendersonville, Tenn. — Carolina Holdings Inc., in partnership with Branch Properties LLC, has begun construction for Merchant Pointe at Indian Lake, a new 140,000-square-foot retail center located in Hendersonville.
Situated on 18 acres, Merchant Pointe is planned for 140,000 square feet of retail development anchored by The Fresh Market, Off Broadway, a brand-name and designer fashion department store, and a fourth anchor whose lease is being finalized. Merchant Pointe is located on Indian Lake Boulevard at N. Anderson Lane and is part of a master planned-area north of Nashville.
