Titusville, Fla. — Sean Glickman of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT and Glickman Retail Group brokered the $16 million of Crossroads Marketplace, an 89,200-square-foot shopping center located in Titusville, a town in Central Florida.

The asset was 95 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants such as Marshalls, Petco, Parish Medical, AT&T, GNC and Dollar Tree. The asset is also shadow-anchored by a Super Target. The buyer is an international investment firm. Glickman represented the seller, a 106-year-old family-owned company that owns shopping centers in 12 states in the Southeast.
